Paper Submission

  1. All regular and special session papers are to be submitted online, using the "Paper Submission" at the website. No email-attachment or hard-copy submissions will be accepted.

  2. Every author submitting a paper, whether regular and special session, should prepare 3~4 pages manuscript as a portable document format (PDF) file.

  3. The conference templates can be downloaded here.

  4. The submission deadline for both regular and special session papers is November 1, 2014.

  5. When the paper's first author and presenter is a full-time student, he or she can apply for the "Best Student Paper Award (BSPA)". Each applicant will have to prepare a recommendation letter other than the submitted manuscript.

  6. Each paper will be reviewed by the APEMC 2015 Technical Program Committee. All the accepted papers will appear in the Conference Digest (USB).

  7. The author should choose one session category when submitting the paper, but on the course of the paper review process, the session category might be changed by the APEMC 2015 Technical Program Committee.

  8. All authors listed inside the EDAS system will be notified of the review result of his or her submitted paper on January 15, 2015. If accepted, the author must submit the final paper before February 15, 2015,and at least one of the authors must complete the APEMC 2015 Pre-Registration by April 15, 2015.
